At Cartera, we carefully inspect and securely pack every order to ensure the highest quality standards. Please read our policy before placing your order.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, exchanges are available only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear pictures and your order number.

🎥 Packaging Transparency

For customer assurance, we record the packaging process of orders. If needed, we can provide the packaging video upon request for verification purposes.

📦 Exchange Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Exchange requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  • Customers may be required to pay delivery charges for the exchange process.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Situations

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Minor measurement variations

  • Refusal to accept Cash on Delivery orders
