At Cartera, we strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards. If you experience an issue with your order, we offer refunds or exchanges under specific conditions.
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order with a valid reason and clear proof (such as pictures or videos of the product). Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Refunds or exchanges are only applicable in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the refund or exchange process. Refunds will be processed through the agreed payment method.
For transparency and verification, we also record the packaging process of orders, and the packaging video can be provided upon request.
